This policy describes how Adorable AB processes personal data when you visit adorable.se, send a message or express interest in the newsletter.

Data controller

Adorable AB, Swedish organisation number 559095-2122, is the data controller. Contact peter@adorable.se with questions or to exercise your rights.

Data we process

Contact and meeting requests: name, email address, type of enquiry, selected interest, any suggested times and your message.
Website: basic technical information and anonymised usage statistics.
Newsletter: if you follow the Substack link, you enter your subscription details there. Adorable.se does not collect email addresses through a separate newsletter form.
Client relationship: contact, contract and invoicing information needed to deliver and administer an engagement.

Purposes and legal bases

Contact data is used to answer enquiries, prepare a possible engagement and communicate in an existing client relationship. Depending on the situation, processing is based on steps before a contract, performance of a contract, a legal obligation or Adorable's legitimate interest in operating and developing the business.

Newsletter subscriptions are handled by Substack after you continue to and complete registration on its service. Any consent and unsubscribe choices are managed there.

Service providers

Vercel hosts and delivers the website and may process technical traffic and security information.
Umami Cloud provides website statistics. It is configured without cookies and Umami describes the service as not automatically collecting personal data.
Web3Forms processes contact-form data and forwards it to Adorable. According to its documentation, processing uses US infrastructure and server logs may be kept for a limited period.
Substack provides the newsletter. Once you continue to Substack, it processes data under its own privacy policy.

Adorable does not sell personal data. Data is shared only when needed for these purposes, to comply with law or to protect legal interests.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where GDPR applies, Adorable will use an applicable transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Data is not kept longer than needed for its purpose. A routine enquiry is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed. Records connected to a contract, accounting or a legal obligation may need to be retained for longer.

Cookies and analytics

Adorable does not use advertising cookies on the website. Umami analytics is cookieless. External services you visit through a link apply their own choices and policies.

Your rights

Where the conditions are met, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing. Contact peter@adorable.se. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
